No. 20 c.d.s. and alongside ½c brown Chinese 'dragon' stamp surcharged "B.R.A./5/Five Cents" cancelled by circular "*RAILWAY POST OFFICE*TIENTSIN" mark in violet. On the reverse is F.P.O. No. 4 c.d.s of 20 Apr. 1901. This is the First Day of Issue of the surcharged B.R.A. stamp, which was in use for 1 month only. Rare. SG BR 133.
