IMPERFORATE: 2a grey-violet SG 15 (F&V 11) Setting 14 marginal block of 6 (5-7/13-15] from the top of the sheet with thick marginal frameline, margins good to huge, character-in-bars cancels of Kathmandu, Cat £350+ (US$300+). Rare. Only Settings 14 (1899-1900) & 15 (1900-1901) had the upper frameline 4-5mm above the stamps. On Setting 15, the frameline was thinner than here.
