1926 (May 26) Buckingham Palace headed mourning letter and unfranked envelope, written by King George V to Lady Cove, writing “to tell you how much I appreciate your kindness in sending me that envelope with the Zanzibar stamps on it, which your brother sent you before they were issued. I find that I had them only unused, so they will make a valuable addition to my collection…” (Image)
