In Scott International volume I 1940 Edition (replacing Junior International), containing only fresh mint singles and sets, most of the value seemingly in better material, somewhat sparse and lacking much inexpensive but many surprises to be found; highlights including France Bordeaux overprint, 10fr & 20fr Liberty & Peace; Australia 5sh Sydney Bridge, Kukaburra souvenir sheet; Newfoundland #61-74, 98-103; N.W.P.I. 5sh 'Roo; other British Colonies mainly 1930's; nice French Colonies including St. Marie de Madagascar 1-13; Sweden B11; Sudan 51-59; and much much more; needs a more careful evaluation as there is much hidden with higher values present but lacking printed spaces; generally F-VF.
