Express frank which has been overprinted with two Wells, Fargo & Co. red franks, cover postmarked with bold green "St. Joseph, Mo." cds at the terminus of the Pony route, docketed on reverse "Rec. July 15, '61", approximately 50% of Pony stamp has been replaced & corresponding Pony handstamp painted in in black, trivial tear at top right of entire, Very Fine appearance; with 1973 P.F. certificate.
