United States Collection, 1881-1934. Of high quality virtually all mint housed in Scott National album, with a majority n.h. and overall centering very fine or better; starting amid the 1881 issue with a few earlier 3¢ issues, including mint n.h. #205 & 210 with certs, n.h. small banknotes including #219, 220a (VF80), 222 & 224 all with certs, collection continues in similar fashion with a few Columbians, low and mid value small bureaus, few commemoratives and 1902 definitives to mid values, strong fresh well centered Wash-Frank issues, many plate singles and coils with pairs (including line pairs) represented in every issue, #353 line pair (few rejoined perfs), 1¢-2¢ bluish, 1910 coils including 8½ perf complete singles, choice Pan-Pacs, strong 1912-14 coils in pairs, regular issues with completion to mid values, 1917 definitives complete many with gem centering, #505 in block of 6, good coil wastes, offsets including blocks, excellent completion in 4th bureau including coil waste, Kans-Nebr complete, back-of-the-book with airmails missing only #C13-C15, later delivery issues, good parcels and strong dues including 1891 issue complete to 10¢, better later with some used high values, Offices in China missing top 2 values, strong Official with some used with many mint high values, Treasury & War Dept complete, etc.; accompanied by well over 50 certificates, a truly wonderful collection a must see to appreciate, inspection highly recommended.
