Victoria, "10/V" in Manuscript of Kilmore, cancelling on 1854, Queen Victoria ("Queen on Throne"), Campbell printing, clear impression, 2d brownish purple on folded letter to Melbourne, reverse with red "Kilmore, Victoria, Jan 15, 1854" oval origin and receiving postmarks, stamp just tied by red offset of a Kilmore postmark, Very Fine, the Unique on Cover Usage of the Manuscript "V/10" of Kilmore. SG No. 19. Scott No. 15 var. Estimate $500 - 750. The original bar oval canceller was lost when the Kilmore office was destroyed by fire on December 21, 1853.
