Datelined blue folded letter with "Forwarded by Rogers, Warfield Lord & Co., Melbourne" forwarder's oval on reverse, carried as endorsed by American Steamship Golden Age from Melbourne May 5th, via Sydney May 12th and Tahiti May 24th to Panama arriving Jun. 19th, across Isthmus by mule and canoe to Aspinwall, then U.S. Mail S.S. Co. vessel to New York where "Steamship 20 Cts" in circle due handstamp struck; cover stained, Fine.
