1855 large part stampless OHMS outer presumably from Kilmore Postmaster to The Postmaster General, Melbourne, very poor BO '10' on face, also with red Butterfly '14' (B1) receipt mark on face, oval 'KILMORE/[crown]/JA*4/1855/VICTORIA' (C1) backstamp. Rare. [Interesting contents asking if Captain Urquhart, a retired military officer, is entitled to forward his pension papers to the Commissariat free of postage per the 11th section of the Act.] (Image1)
