1846 10c black on greenish, margins tied by red "St. Louis Mo. Dec 18" town postmark on FL datelined "St. Louis, December 17/45", addressed to Messrs. P. A. Breithau New York, with matching straight line "Paid" and "Paid 10" by pen at upper right, minor soiling and filing folds away from the stamp which is v.f. (listed as cover number 27 on the Faiman census), with 1972 Wolfgang Jakubek, 1974 Willy Balasse and 2019 Philatelic Foundation certificates, handstamped John F.
