1978 15c Owls, sheet of 50, yellow and orange (Litho) colors omitted, n.h., two stamps with a tiny paper adherence and one stamp with disturbed gum, v.f., with 2016 APS certificate and 2021 PFC. Listed but unpriced in Scott "Two panes of No. 1763c have been reported. One pane, the black (engr.) is shifted to the left." This this the discovery sheet, no other error sheets have been reported since 1978 (the panes were found in a large box of discount postage. The new owner noticed that the two panes looked much different from the normal sheet on hand submitted them to American Philatelic Expertising Committee for verification.
