1875 7c reddish vermilion, unused without gum as issued, well centered, usual short perforations at top, irregular at left, otherwise fine, with a clear 1978 PFC, also 2007 PSE certificate graded "G 30" (Siegel census of Scott 171 contains 76 examples, including one in the Miller collection owned by The New York Public Library, leaving 75 available to collectors.
