1851 1c blue, horizontal pair, pos. 8-9R1E, tied by red Cincinnati, Ohio town cancel on newspaper wrapper addressed to H.B. Blackwell (Henry Browne Blackwell, 1825-1909 was a famous advocate for social reform and Woman's suffrage) in Indianapolis, Indiana, stamps with margins in to just clear, stamps and wrapper somewhat faulty, otherwise fine and especially scarce pair from an early plate, including the "Best" example in pos. 8, with 2008 PSE certificate (catalogued as single pos. 8 on cover plus used pos. 9, without any premium for the pair on cover) cat. $23350 (Cat No. 5A) (Image)
