1847 10c black, right vertical half used as 5 cents on complete FL dated 7 June, 1851 and used from New Haven to Birmingham, red departure postmark at left, stamp with full margins, placed upside down and tied by red grids, v.f. and beautiful vertical bisect on cover, with 2010 PFC (effective July 1, 1851, the basic letter rate was reduced to 3c for domestic letters sent up to 3,000 miles.
