Cds (Bomar C93-03) on 1893 5¢ Columbian entire addressed to Washington Hessing, the Postmaster of Chicago with small brown 10¢ "Registration" stamp affixed in top left corner, these stamps in fact had nothing to do with the registration of letters but were receipts for check items at the Fairs such as parcels & valises, slightly reduced at left, Extremely Fine, a most unusual item which is pictured in Bomar.
