Washburn's Exp(ress), pencil endorsement with additional "WH/1.00" Agent's initials & express rate on 1855 incoming folded letter from Aberdeen, Scotland, addressed "Halfway house between Deer Creek & Bridge Port by Marsvale (Marysville)", with green "Aberdeen, Paid, De 6, 1855" origin boxed date stamp and red crayon "1/2Ā½" rating, Liverpool transit on reverse, Very Fine, a very rare express with only a handful of usages known to exist.
