Radial, two strikes tie 10¢ brown (161), deep rich color, on blue 1874 folded cover to France, red "New-York Mar 21" exchange cds, this cover was carried on the French Line Pereire that arrived at Brest on Mar. 30th as indicated by the entry backstamp, black "5" decimes due handstamp, Brest (3.30) entry and Douarnenez (3.31) arrival backstamps, Very Fine, One of only two recorded examples of this unlisted NYFM killer. Weiss No. TR-M10 Estimate $200 - 300. This newly discovered NYFM was documented by Dan Richards in his article "NYFM Update, Part 2" (CC News, August 2011, p. 115).
