Prescott Territorial Covers (Yavapai), study of over 60 covers and cards in cover album; starting with late 1860 - early 1870's usages of the type 6 postmark, fine example of the type 7 postmark (3 recorded), comprehensive selection thereon with most types present including type 14A (2 recorded) on railroad corner card cover (Arizona Central), 1885 incoming to Whipple Barracks, superb strikes of type 19 M.O.B. postmarks (4 recorded), scarce turn-of-the-century straight line and boxed postmarks, later with some scarce machine cancels, registry usages including incoming from France, etc.; some duplication, condition varies with many nice strikes throughout, F.-V.F. overall.
