Post Office Seal, 1907, blue, imperforate vertically. Two seals tied on back of 1913 registered cover with unusual franking of 1¢ 1909 vertical perf. 12 strip of three, pair of Shermack type II private vending coils and 1¢ 1912 vert. perf 8½ paste-up strip of four, plus 2¢ pair and 1¢ single, Very Fine, the only recorded example of the imperforate horizontally variety used on cover. Scott No. OX13 var. Estimate $300 - 400. Most collectors believe the part imperforate type 2 seals to be printer's waste.
