Everything like provisions and greens are very high and very scarce in this place., last 1828 letter to Keep in Washington D.C. with red "Pensa., F., May 20" cds (type VI) and "25" rate, interesting content regarding news at the Naval Yard including the break up of two men bearing pistols and other yard gossip, Very Fine.
