Four singles (types X, V, M & W) used to seal registered cover to Germany bearing five singles of both 1¢ green (279) and 2¢ red (279B), tied by "Cotulla Tx." cds, seals added in New York and tied by "11-24 1900" ovals, the U.S./German Sea Post Office (NDL) added German sea post seal with "Received in Bad Order, U.S. Sea Post No. 2" hs, Very Fine and rare, The only recorded example of the combined use of a U.S. seal and the German Sea Post seal.
