Type III, complete sheet of 42 from the 5th setting showing numerous plate setting flaws, without gum, fresh with bold color, vertical crease between third and fourth rows, light diagonal crease at upper right affecting 4 stamps and tear at lower right into one stamp, F.-V.F., thins being One of Two Recorded Imperforate Panes From the 1888 Post Office Seal Issue from the 5th Setting.
