F. Morris" in pencil by the designer., Very Fine and unique, ex-Christiansen, Chesapeake. Scott No. OX1-E2  Estimate $4,000 - 6,000. This unique model is dated two days after the National Bank Note Company letter of 19 February 1877, in which they presented the pen-and-ink drawing to the Post Office Department.
