Official Seal, 1877, brown. Affixed over flap of unpaid cover with "Brooklyn N.Y. Feb 13" cds on flap to New York City, "Held for Postage" circular handstamp, sent to D.L.O. where blue tracking numerals added and label; some toning, Fine and scarce. Scott No. OX1  $1,200. Usages in the D.L.O. are characterized by the appearance of blue crayon notation on the front and the cds of the town that sent the letter to the D.L.O. on the back. It was also necessary for the letter to be unpaid, not short paid. $0 (Image)
