Foreign Section "Paid All" in circle handstamp, readdressed to Vermilion, South Dakota and additionally franked with 2c 1897 Issue tied by "Colfax Iowa Oct 1" cds, typeset seal added in either Colfax or Vermilion and tied by "Vermilion Oct 3" cds, a Very Fine use, the only recorded example of this unusual large seal, illustrated in Scott.
