AN EXTREMELY RARE NAGASAKI 4-PETAL CANCEL ON THE 30¢ 1869 ISSUE. There is only one cover recorded with this rare cancel dated July 3, 1870 from Nagasaki to Shanghai (ex-Juhring) bearing 3¢ 1869 issue pair. The philatelic foundation has certified only two other off-cover examples, one 10¢ and one 30¢ 1869 issue singles.
