Red, white & blue design on patriotic cover franked with 1861 3¢ rose pink (few small flaws) tied by grid with "Philadelphia Sep. 14, 1861" cds at left, the stamp probably started as a pink, but now appears to be rose pink shade, slightly reduced at right, Very Fine.
