Ex." express endorsement at lower left; minor cover corner wear, Very Fine, a wonderful illustrated design and usage. Estimate  $1,000 - 1,500. This double cds was intended for use during the interregnum between Kansas statehood and the formation of Colorado Territory, but apparently was not received until after the territory was admitted.
