Deer Valley, Colo., Jun 8, 75, manuscript postmark on 1874, 3¢ green entire to Philadelphia, Pa., Very Fine, this is the only recorded postmark from this town. Estimate  $400 - 600. Deer Valley was a stage station on the road from Denver to South Park. In October 1878 the Denver South Park and Pacific Railroad reached nearby Bailey's Ranch.
