Strong showing of Washington-Franklins including 1913-15 perf. 10 set and 1917-18 perf. 11 set (less #500). Also 1922-26 set, Kansas Nebraska, 1938 Presidentials all complete. Commemorative album features various Columbian's and other early issues. Never hinged and well centered stamps throughout. Inspection recommended, generally F.-V.F.
