Bishop, Calif., April 17, 1890 (Inyo), magenta cds and target duplex (INY-0240) tying 1890, 2¢ lake on cover to Oasis, which is located in the southwest corner of Mono County on the Nevada border; cover slightly reduced at right, Very Fine. Estimate  $150 - 200. Post Office moved from the location at Bishop Creek to the town of Bishop in 1888. This three (3) ring circular mark was the first postal mark used at the new location.
