Four fragments containing every denomination, each with purple "Specimen" overprint applied at Natal, few flaws including. first four damaged, Very Fine appearance; with 1981 B.P.A. certificate. The Unique Set of the 1895 Bureau Issue Overprinted "Specimen" by the Post Office in Natal.These stamps were received without Specimen overprints by the U.P.U. offices in Bern, Switzerland.
