Four fragments containing every denomination, each with purple "Specimen" overprint applied at Natal, few flaws including. first four damaged, Very Fine appearance; with 1981 B.P.A. certificate. Scott No. 264S-278S  Estimate $1,500 - 2,000. The Unique Set of the 1895 Bureau Issue Overprinted "Specimen" by the Post Office in Natal.These stamps were received without Specimen overprints by the U.P.U. offices in Bern, Switzerland. They were sent to Natal, where the local post office applied the overprint (Samuel type NA2). $0 (Image)
