Without gum as issued, scissor separations as usual with blunt perfs showing at right and bottom, exceptionally fresh with rich vibrant color, tiny shallow thin spot at top, otherwise F.-V.F., a lovely example of the rare 1875 15¢ Continental Special Printing issue of which only 38 certified examples are recorded; with 1983 and 1996 P.F. certificates.
