Jan. 15 A.M." ribbon-marker datestamp, markings include red "New York Paid All Br. Transit Jan. 15" and Verviers-Cologne transit datestamps, receiving backstamps, Very Fine, this ribbon-marker datestamp is rarely seen on high-denomination 1869 covers (ribbon-markers were typically used by railroad agents); with 2005 P.F. certificate.
