Estimate $200 - 300. Letter originated in Helsingfors (Helsinki today). Prussian railway clerk marked 3 groschen on reverse for unpaid transit fees owed to Prussia and debited United States in dark blue ink, lower left, the same amount for transit fees from Finland allowed under U.S.-NGU convention.
