Estimate  $1,000 - 1,500. A SCARCE NEW YORK SUPPLEMENTARY MAIL TYPE A USE TO ENGLAND. Cover was prepaid 24¢ for the 12¢ treaty rate plus 12¢ supplementary mail fee.
