Estimate  $150 - 200. Letter date in Gregorian calendar was 2 November 1867. Paris marked 2x18=36¢ debit to U.S. for double rate letter by American packet service direct to New York, then crossed through and marked 2x27=54¢ debit for British packet service via England. This too was crossed through and finally marked 2x21=42¢ debit for American packet service via G.B.
