Pkt. 'Paid' Apr 6" exchange cds; small stamp faults and part of flap missing; accompanied by second 1865 (Oct. 25) large part of cover from same correspondence bearing Hong Kong 8¢, 12¢ and 24¢ franking, Fine, a stunning four color franking, The 46¢ rate (45¢ plus 1¢ local) was established Nov. 2nd 1863 (Webb, p. 231).
