1862 (Jun. 4) West Winsted Ct. to Paris, France, cover bearing 10¢ green (68), deep shade, and 10¢ olive yellow (67b), tied by two strikes of open circular grids, matching "West Winsted Con Jun 4 1962" cds, black "New York '18' Jun 7" debit exchange cds also ties 10¢ and red "Short Paid" framed handstamp, carried by Inman Line Kangaroo from New York Jun. 7th to Liverpool arriving Jun. 20th, red French (6.21) entry cds and black "16" decimes due rating handstamp, Paris (6.22) arrival backstamp, cover lightly cleaned, Very Fine; with 1993 P.S.E. certificate. Estimate  $2,000 - 3,000. AN EXCEPTIONALLY RARE USE OF THE 5¢ OLIVE YELLOW 1861 ISSUE ON COVER. As an indication of rarity, the 5¢ olive yellow catalogs $4,000 used off-cover.
