White Wing at top left, undoubtedly carried outside of the mails on the White Wing by Diplomatic Pouch, Very Fine and rare, ex-Jarrett; with 2003 P.F. certificate stating Genuine, but declining opinion as to whether this was carried by Diplomatic Pouch.
