1860 (Jul. 10) Galva Ill. to Hudikswall, Sweden, light yellow cover bearing 10¢ green (35) vertical strip of three and 12¢ black (36), each cancelled with manuscript "X", matching "Paid 42¢ rating at left and "Galva Ill. Jul 10, 1860" origin cds at bottom, red "New York Am. Pkt. Jul 14" exchange cds and matching red "19" cent credit handstamp, carried by Inman Line Edinburgh from New York Jul. 14th to Queenstown arriving Jul. 25th, red Aachen Franco framed transit and "f. 5" sgr. rating, Hamburg (7.26) transit backstamp and two strikes of Helsingborg (7.28) cds ties stamps; minor restoration, top 10¢ pulled perf, a Very Fine use.
