Estimate  $300 - 400. Although letter unpaid, fully paid rate of 1s10d sterling shown in upper right, crossed through as not relevant. Letter exchanged in Anglo-Prussian treaty mails. Prussia sent letter to Hamburg where it was transferred to the Royal Danish post office in Hamburg for transit to Norway via Danish postal system.
