Jul. 22, 1859" datestamps on yellow cover to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, red "United States" exchange handstamp, transit and receiving backstamps, vertical file fold affects two 1¢ stamps, most of flap missing & some faults at top of cover also affects stamps, still Fine, a scarce usage & make up of the 15¢ West Coast rate to Nova Scotia.
