Estimate  $200 - 300. After the U.S.-French Treaty of 1857 went into effect (1 April 1857), most mails to Switzerland were sent at the 21¢ French Treaty rate. The 5¢ British and 21¢ American packet open mail rates were still allowed but not encouraged.
