York Am. Pkt. 'Paid 7' Nov 21" exchange cds, red Aachen Franco (12.6) framed transit and matching framed "Franco Preuss: / resp:Vereinsl:Ausg:Gr." handstamp indicating payment to border only, blue manuscript "3" and red "10" ratings, St. Gallen (12.9) arrival backstamp; top type III stamp with light fold and nick at top, cover comestically restored, otherwise Very Fine appearance, ex-Kapiloff.
