Mar 18" exchange cds and pencil "20" cent quadruple rating (four-times the 5¢ per ½ oz. rate), carried by Cunard Line Persia from New York Mar. 18 to Liverpool arriving Mar. 28, red London (3.30) backstamp transit and black "GB/1F60c" framed accountancy handstamp, Calais (3.30) entry cds with manuscript "38" gram weight notation for six-times weight and rated manuscript "48" decimes due (6x 8-decimes), Paris arrival backstamp; bleach spot and file fold wear, F.-V.F., a scarce six-times French rate during the three-month period. Estimate  $200 - 300. Cunard Line Persia arrived off Liverpool on March 28, but owing to thick weather, she did not go up to Liverpool until the 29th.
