1854 (Sep. 16) New York, N.Y. to Liverpool, England, printed circular outer sheet bearing two 1852, 1¢ blue singles, positions 65L1L, 8L1L, large to slightly in margins, right stamp with top sheet margin, minor corner wrinkle at top right away from design, tied by circular grids, carried by Collins Line Baltic from New York Sep. 16 to Liverpool arriving Sep. 27, green Liverpool America (9.27) backstamp and fancy "2" pence due rating h.s., Very Fine. Scott No. 9  Estimate $200 - 300. Prices Current (printed circulars) were sent from the U.S. at the newspaper rate of 2¢ with 2 pence to be collected in G.B.
