Sep 17" cds with matching "Paid" h.s. and blue manuscript "30" cents rating, carried by Great Western from New York Sep. 18 to Liverpool Oct. 3, Liverpool Ship (10.4) and red London (10.6) backstamps with manuscript "1/4" 1s4d debit to Holland (8d incoming ship letter plus 8d postage to Holland), reverse with red "Engeland over Rotterdam" two-line h.s. and Schiedam (10/10) cds, manuscript "100" Dutch Cents due, Very Fine.
