1839 (Jul. 13) Loughboro, Upper Canada to London, England, folded cover with Loughboro "Paid 4½d" rating for inland postage, red Kingston (7.17) cds with matching "Paid" framed handstamps and manuscript "Packet 12½" and "18¾" ratings for freight money fee for sailing ship and inland postage to N.Y. red "New-York Jul 22" exchange cds, carried by Dramatic Line Roscius from New York Jul. 25 to Liverpool arriving Aug. 19, London (8.20) arrival backstamp with manuscript "1/7" due rating for 8d ship fee plus 11d inland, light stain spot, F.-V.F., One of two freight money covers recorded from Loughboro. Estimate  $300 - 400. Letter may have entered mails at Loughboro (see 7 January 1839 letter), where Canadian fee of "Paid 4½" marked. Kingston restated prepaid charges of 12½¢ freight money fee for a sailing ship and 18¾¢ U.S. inland fee to New York.
