DE 13, 1839" double circle date stamp with matching "Paid" h.s. with red manuscript "18¾" credit, carried by Black Ball Line Oxford from New York Dec. 19 to Liverpool arriving Jan. 11, "Liverpool/Ship Letter" backstamp and "8" pence due h.s. for uniform ship fee, Very Fine, One of only two recorded freight money covers from Chambly.
